Artists bring creative energy to the SoWa neighborhood and GTI Properties is proud to provide them with subsidized studio rentals in our buildings.  We are also pleased to host qualified guest artists who wish to display and sell their work in our group exhibit space each year at the SoWa Art Walk and other events.

There is no artist participation fee for the SoWa Art Walk and there is no admission fee for the public.

THE 2008 SOWA ART WALK TOOK PLACE IN MAY 2008.  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THE MAY 2009 SOWA ART WALK UNTIL JANUARY 2009!

If you are a guest artist and still wish to participate, we may be able to find an alternate location for you in the neighborhood.  If so, please fill out the form below and also send one jpg image (less than 1mb) of your work to info@sowaartwalk.com for review.  We will respond as soon as we can.  AGAIN, THE 2008 SOWA ART WALK TOOK PLACE IN MAY 2008.  PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR 2009 UNTIL JANUARY OF 2009.
